Coaches and Managers meeting, Singlet Collection
1. Team notifications
All contacts should have been notified about their team by now. If you have not been notified, or are not aware of which team you are in, click here to let me know. Some teams are still looking for coaches or managers, please put your hand up to help out.
2. Coaches and Managers meeting - Delayed
We took a little longer than we had planned to get all of the teams together, because of this, we have not finished ensuring all teams have both a coach and a manager. We have made the decision to push the meeting to next week.
The new date will be Wednesday 16th March at 7.30pm. Due to COVID and restrictions placed on us, the meeting will be entirely online, we will be using Microsoft Teams. An invitation will be sent to coaches and managers in the few days prior to the meeting. If there are any specific concerns you want discussed, please let me know prior to the meeting, although there will be the chance for feedback on the night.
3. Singlet Collection and Apparel.
Saturday 19th March, 8am-10.30am, Lavalla Undercroft.
This year we have moved the singlet collection to Lavalla, it will be in the undercroft area, so not inside, hence reduced COVID exposure. All attendees will be requested to wear a mask.
We want to try and streamline the apparel ordering, as there is often a backlog. We are in the process of organising an online system for ordering and payment. These products will then be available for collection at the session. More information on this will be published on our website after this weekend. If you are interested in a new hoodie, crop tops for the girls, socks, or our Raiders masks, please try and order online. Please check out our website next week.
4. Help us get more court space.
Thank you to those of you who have already used the templates to write to your local government representatives asking for more court space. For those who have not yet, please click here.
5. Emails are not getting through.
I have been advised that some people are not getting these emails. The email ONLY goes to the primary account holder, so unlike previous years when it would go to both parents, this now only goes to one. Please check with people you know to ensure they receive these emails, if anyone is left out, please let me know.
6. Year 1 and Year 2 Under 8 Waitlists.
We are in the process of organising registrations, if you are keen to be included, please register on our wait lists on our website.
